۱-۱* Scope. This standard identifies the minimum job performance requirements (JPRs) for personnel at the scene of a hazardous materials/weapons of mass destruction (WMD) incident at the following levels: awareness, operations, operations mission-specific, hazardous materials technician, and incident commander.
۱-۲ Purpose. The purpose of this standard is to specify the minimum JPRs for service at the scene of a hazardous materials/weapons of mass destruction incident at the following levels: awareness, operations, operations mission-specific, hazardous materials technician, and incident commander.
۱-۲-۱ This standard shall define personnel at the scene of a hazardous materials/weapons of mass destruction incident at the following levels: awareness, operations, operations mission specific, hazardous materials technician, and incident commander.
۱-۲-۲ The intent of this standard shall be to ensure that personnel at the scene of a hazardous materials/weapons of mass destruction incident at the levels of awareness, operations, operations mission-specific, hazardous materials technician, and incident commander are qualified.
۱-۲-۳* This standard shall not address organization or management responsibility.
