| -Min bachelor in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline – Min ۲ years relevant managerial experience – Knowledgeable in ISO ۹۰۰۱, ISO ۱۴۰۰۱ and OSHA ۱۸۰۰۱ and HSE management systems is highly preferred – Strong passion in HSE Good MS Office skills -particularly in Excel, Words and Power point -Able to work independently and meticulous – Must be willing to travel at short notice -Good Communication skills Competent knowledge of English (writing and speaking specially) |
-Conduct ad-hoc projects to address management safety -inquiries or concerns, often requiring coordination among multiple departments, e.g., HR, Legal, Risk Management, IT and projects -Conduct periodic audits in project fields and provide -support to projects and operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues and -make sure all Company requirements has implemented in all fields and offices – Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management -utilizing Company policies, standards and processes for all operational activities – Implement effective Risk Assessment and required -managerial strategies to make corrections on the implementation of the strategies -Develop HSE policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with company policies and procedures, in keeping with best practice and make recommendations on their implementation and application -Attend pre-job planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters-Provide vast support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives such as: ISO ۱۴۰۰۱, OHSAS ۱۸۰۰۱, etc -Provide HSE training for staff in line with HSE policies, practices and procedures-Ensure training courses, tool box meetings (TBMs), and drills are implemented as part of the company’s required trainings and HSE programs, i.e. emergency response systems, firefighting sessions and etc– Provide HSE aspects of company bid submissions as requested. – Assist in development of project specific HSE procedures – Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards – Strong proficiency in accident root cause analysis (RCA) and Incident Cause Mapping |
